Extensive staff’s experience and our pricing databanks, plus having worked with contractors in the “real world,” we hone in tightly on estimated construction costs that reflect current pricing trends, familiarity with local price markets to generate reliable Engineers’ Estimates. Equipment needs, the sequence of operations, the size of the crew required, and physical constraints at the site, are all estimated based upon the diverse experience of our estimators. Allowances for wasted materials, shipping delays, inclement weather and other considerations that could increase costs, are also incorporated into our estimates.
